I cannot recommend David and Advanced Flooring Removal enough. David was out to provide an estimate within 2 days of me contacting his company and within a week he and his crew were at my house and ready to demo. His pricing was very reasonable and the work they did was excellent. I specifically had David remove tile floor and do some leveling on a concrete sub-floor; which as an act of immense endurance, he and one other gent completed within a day. I'm the type that likes to do it myself wherever possible; but love having a professional to call in when in desperate need of the big guns (or in this case a demo-hammer, industrial filtration system, and the requisite muscle and know-how to use them). My tile was a bear and he still managed to finish the whole job and clean the place up without a hitch. That said, as a DIY-er, what really sold me on AFR's services was David's willingness to teach me as he went. A lot of pro's get a little nervous when I watch and learn but David was proud to walk me through the details of the job. While the name implies they specialize in flooring removal; they do tons of installs and David was more than willing to take some extra time to talk me through my general plans for my own install and help answer specific questions when I ran into hiccups. This went so far as for him to fit in an emergency visit to come back out and help me fix some trouble spots I created in my own ignorance of proper laminate flooring installation. If you want a good honest job done by a good honest company that stands behind their work (and occasionally yours), you'll get exactly what you need with these guys. Thanks David!
